Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters 

The Party Wall etc Act 1996 provides procedures to follow when building work involves a party wall or party fence wall, some excavations close to neighbouring buildings and new walls at boundaries.

Clarendon are able advise on all aspects of the Act and have a wealth of experience in Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters. If you are a developer or building owner wanting to undertake works or an adjoining owner affected by a proposed development, we can assist.
